I agree 100% Mike. There have been so many times in life when a person was told they could not do something. Heck, there have been many times when I was told I could not do something. Only for that person to turn around later (whether it be hours or years) in life to prove the naysayers wrong and do exactly what they were told they could not do. For some people being told they cannot do something is enough motivation to spend a lifetime trying. Whatever your motivation do not buy into it if someone tells you cannot do something, the only reason they say this to you is because they believe they cannot do what it is you want to do.

This video shows a man walking through what appears to an outdoor mall, holding a sign that has “Free Hugs” written on it. What is amazing to me about this video is how he is ignored, and then after one little old lady hugs him the flood gates open. To me this symbolizes that it truly takes just one person to make a difference and start an initiative. If it were not for the man with the sign, this video would not exist and if it were not for the little old lady going against the grain this video might not be as powerful as it is.
