Frenchman Alain Robert climbs the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority Building, the tallest building in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Robert does this climb with no ropes, using only his bare hands and the shoes on his feet. On top of that Robert suffers from vertigo that was the result of a climbing fall in 1982 that left him in a coma and with multiple broken bones.

that will be the day! Leaning over a building still freaks me out. Just watching him get to the top had me back away from my screen

    Hi Rob,

I can relate with you when you say “leaning over a building freaks me out”. Even if there is a guardrail in place, looking down still gets me every time.
