		<description>A key to being successful is definitely ignoring rejection. In Ford's case that first guys was retty nasty, but that happens. I'm impressed that at a young age he dusted himself off and went on to prove the guy wrong. Wonder if that guy still has a job?</description>

		<description>That's a great point, I forgot about his time in baseball and how it did not pan out the way he wanted it to. You are absolutely right, tenacity and his focus on being true to himself got him back on top. He certainly could have ridden his baseball situation into a long and hard downward spiral, but it appears that is just not in his make up.</description>

		<description>Even the best fail at some point. Sports is a great example of that. It's also a great example of the strength of a team. I remember Jordan failing with the White Sox minor league baseball team then struggling in his returning to basketball before winning again. Tenacity got him back on top. An important lesson.</description>
